"Total freedom to design." You could never say that about hybrid boiler systems. If you tried to apply more than one standby, non-condensing boiler, the typical boiler control was out matched. And those controls that allowed numerous backup boilers came with a big catch: only one dedicated, first-on condensing boiler could lead off.

This is why we developed OnTrac; a boiler control that can rotate through as many as 12 first-on condensing boilers followed by as many as 8 non-condensing boilers. All touch-screen programmable, the boiler system can be totally customized to the heating load and the loop temperatures. If you want five 2,000,000 Btu condensing boilers combined with three 1,000,000 Btu non-condensing boilers, you got it. If you want four 1,800,000 Btu condensing boilers and two 1,800,000 Btu non-condensing, no problem.

Combine this flexibility with network connectivity, fully customizable outdoor reset curves and real-time monitoring, and you have a level of control that was previously only available through an EMS, but at a fraction of the price.
